Delivery Guarantee

The Delivery Guarantee applies to all gifts and cards ordered on the Moonpig.com website or mobile application in the Republic of Ireland to a recipient in the Republic of Ireland, where the An Post "Guaranteed Delivery" option is selected.

What is the Delivery Guarantee?

When selected, Delivery Guarantee means we will deliver all gifts and cards on or before your requested delivery date selected at checkout.

What if the delivery arrives after the guaranteed date?

If your order has not been delivered to the recipient by 20:00 (9pm GMT) on your chosen delivery date, you can contact our Customer Service Team in the following ways:

• Chat – available 9:00am – 5:30pm, 7 days a week (excluding bank holidays)

The Customer Service Team will investigate your complaint with An Post. If your complaint is successful, Moonpig will credit your Moonpig Money account with the amount you paid for postage.

Order Cut-off Times

• Orders before 4 PM are processed and dispatched same day

• Orders after 4 PM are processed and dispatched next business day

• For personalised mugs, orders before 11 AM local time are processed and dispatched same day

• Public holidays may affect dispatch and delivery times

Please note:

• Double check your address to avoid delivery issues

• While we control the dispatch date, actual arrival depends on An Post. Please allow an extra 1–2 days if possible, especially during peak times

• Public holidays and An Post network disruptions can affect delivery times

International Delivery

• For delivery outside of Ireland, the delivery cost will be €2.20

• Currently, we are unable to dispatch gift orders from ROI (Dublin) to international addresses (including Northern Ireland)

• If you would like to send gifts to Northern Ireland, please order on our UK version of the website

Alcohol Gifts

You must be 18 or over to buy or consume alcohol. We may ask to see ID upon delivery.
