C. The Prize:
There will be a total of 5 (five) winning Participants in this Prize Draw (each referred to as a “Winner”).
Each Winner will win a Prize.
Each Prize shall comprise of a hamper supplied by Cartwright & Butler (the "Supplier").
Moonpig accepts no responsibility or liability in relation to the services or goods supplied by the Supplier or any third party as part of the Prize or the delivery of the Prize.
The Prize and all elements within may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above, or refunded.
The Supplier reserves the right to substitute elements of the Prize at any time.
There is no alternative prize and the Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
Moonpig reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Moonpig's control make it necessary to do so.
D. The Prize Draw Winner:
The Winners will be randomly selected by a random number generator, which will be overseen by an impartial adjudicator, on or around 15 April 2025 (the "Selection Date"). Selection of the Winnersshall be final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
Moonpig will announce the Winners by emailing Winners via the email address used to enter the Prize Draw (the “Prize Notification”).
Moonpig is required either to publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, Moonpig may publish each Winner’s name (only first name and first initial of their surname) on Moonpig's Social Media Page or email on or after the Selection Date.
If any Winner objects to any or all of its social media details and winning entry being published, that particular Winner must contact Moonpig via private message on Moonpig’s Social Media Page as soon as it receives the Prize Notification or via email to [email protected].
Notwithstanding the above, Moonpig must still provide the information and details of any and all winning entries and the Winners to the Advertising Standards Authority and any other regulatory or legal body upon reasonable request.
E. Claiming the Prize:
Each Winner will have 3 (three) days from the date of the Prize Notification to claim the Prize, and to provide the information requested by Moonpig which shall include but is not limited to the postal address, phone number, and any other information reasonably required by Moonpig (the “Relevant Information”), using the method specified in the Prize Notification.
In the event a Winner does not wish to accept the Prize or fail to confirm their acceptance of the Prize or does not provide the Relevant Information for the purpose of delivering the relevant Prize within the timeframe stated in paragraph 1 of section F of these Terms, that Winner will be deemed to have automatically forfeited the Prize and shall have no recourse against Moonpig in any manner, including by not limited to in relation to these Terms and Conditions, the Prize or Prize Draw. Moonpig shall then arrange for another eligible Participant to be selected in accordance with the process outlined in Section D of these Terms and this Participant shall be considered the Winner of the Prize Draw.
Under no circumstances may the Prize be claimed by a third-party on a Winner’s behalf.
F. Limitation of liability:
Insofar as is permitted by law, Moonpig, Cartwright & Butler, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any Winner or accept any liability for loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize, particularly when it is caused by negligence, wilful misconduct or concealment of the Relevant Information by any Winner (deliberate or otherwise).
Paragraph 1 of section F of these Terms shall not apply where loss, damage, personal injury or death is caused by the negligence of Moonpig, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. A Participant’s statutory rights are not affected.
